Toffee and Baileys Fudge

Ingredients:

600 gram white chocolate broken up
1 bag of toffee
1 tin of condensed milk
5 tablespoon of bailey’s
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Method:

Put all ingredients in the slow cooker stir every 10 minutes and cook on high for 45 minutes.
Put mixture into baking tray with grease proof paper. Decorate the top with sprinkles.
Set in fridge for 6 hours. Keep the lid off the slow cooker for the whole time.

Recipe:

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
500g of cheap white chocolate
1 x Nestle Carnation Caramel
Knob of butter

Put on high (with lid off) Probably took about half hour ish to melt. Put in fridge over night.
So easy and cheap to make cost me about £2.50 in total.
