500 gram beef mince
250 gram sausage meat
Finely chopped onion or onion powder
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoon curry powder
Sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon worster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon fruit chutney
Method:
Cook on low for 4 hours then turn to high and uncover or use tea towel to reduce sauce. Stir occasionally while reducing to coat meatballs with sticky deliciousness. Great as a party dish for pot luck.
