Supreme Pizza Puffs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine cream cheese and cooked sausage until it gets completely combined.
  3. Put remaining ingredients until it gets well combined and to allow the flour time to absorb the moisture, chill ten mins.
    (Don’t skip chilling the dough because they not be nice round balls and will flatten as they cook).
  4. Using a small cookie scoop, drop onto a greased baking sheet (prefer silicone baking mats) .
  5. Bake eighteen to twenty minutes until it gets golden brown.
  6. Optional last step: with the melted butter Italian seasoning mixture, brush the tops of the pizza puffs.
  7. Serve with warm low carb marinara.

Notes:

Coconut flour: Almond flour can be used in place of coconut flour, but the bites wil not be as light and fluffy.
