SLOW COOKER BEEF & VEGETABLE STEW

Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef cut into small pieces
1 lb potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
5 medium carrots peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices
4 ribs celery diced
8 shallots halved and quartered
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 1/2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
4 bay leaves
1/4 cup flour
fresh chopped parsley to serve
salt to season
black pepper to season
