Silverside Slow Cooker Recipe. This is becoming a weekly dinner.

Ingredients:
A piece of corned beef
About a cup of apple cider vinegar
One onion cut into quarters
2 carrots chopped roughly
About 12 peppercorns
3 bay leaves
Directions:
Everything in the slow cooker topped up with water until meat is covered, cook on high for 4 hours then on low until tender and almost falling apart. Served with homemade white sauce & mashed potato.
Tip:
(Take silverside out of the slow cooker about 10 minutes before serving it makes it easier to slice and I always use a serrated knife.)
