Lately I can’t get enough chaffles! This, in my opinion, is one of keto’s biggest accomplishments. A cheesy, savory waffle that can have any number of flavor combinations, can be eaten in the car when I’m in a hurry, AND can be frozen in batches so I never have to go without?! Yes, please!
If you’ve tried my Ham and Cheese Chaffles or the Pepperoni Pizza version, you know how this goes. They become nice and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. For a great snack, cut your chaffle up into triangles or sticks, then dip in ranch or even jalapeno ranch if you want to up the spice!
