These store absolutely great in the freezer. If I have time, I’ll make a batch and save them for later. It’s a great quick snack for yourself or party food.

Ingredients
8 pieces cut mozzarella cheese
1 large eggs beaten
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Mozzarella cheese into 8 chunks.
Beat 1 egg in small bowl. Set aside.
Place almond flour, Parmesan cheese, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in shallow dish. Blend together.
