Homemade Berry Crumble Pie

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 9 tbsp. butter

Crust:

  • 9 graham crackers
  • 8 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Place graham crackers in a zip lock bag. Smash crackers with a can until finely crushed. Melt butter in pan, remove from heat. Mix in crackers and sugar. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Air fry on 360 for 9 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the blueberries, strawberries, sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Toss to combine until evenly coated. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Cut in the butter. Evenly cover the top of the pie with crumble.
  4. Air fry on 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with cool whip (optional).
