Cheese sauce easy recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the cheeses and heavy whipping cream in the microwave safe bowl.

Add salt and pepper, stir a little bit and turn on the microwave for 1:30 min.

After you take it out from the microwave, add herbs of your choice and garlic if you like.

Stir well and pour it over your favorite food.

If you don’t use microwave, you can heat heavy whipping cream in a sauce pan, on the stove, add cheese and stir until nicely combined.

When cheese melted, add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste.
