Ingredients:
Filling:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 9 tbsp. butter
Crust:
- 9 graham crackers
- 8 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Place graham crackers in a zip lock bag. Smash crackers with a can until finely crushed. Melt butter in pan, remove from heat. Mix in crackers and sugar. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Air fry on 360 for 9 minutes. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the blueberries, strawberries, sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Toss to combine until evenly coated. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Cut in the butter. Evenly cover the top of the pie with crumble.
- Air fry on 350 for 10 minutes.
- Serve with cool whip (optional).
