For the big unicorn I used :-

600 gram white chocolate
1 can of condensed milk
2 teaspoons of strawberry flavouring
Food colouring

Method:

White chocolate and condensed milk on high until melted then put on low for around 45 minutes using 2 crust method ( like a layer of skin forming on top of fudge) and stirring every 15 minutes, strawberry flavouring added towards the end. I separated the fudge into 5 bowls and coloured each one different colour ( pink, blue, yellow, green & purple ) then I added the fudge into the mould separating the colours to get the multicoloured effect. Then put in the freezer to set for around 2-3 hours.

Heart shaped and small unicorns I used :

300 gram white chocolate
Half can condensed milk
2-3 tablespoons banana Nesquik ( to taste )
Food colouring

Method :

Chocolate, condensed milk and banana nesquik into slow cooker on high until melted together ( I made the nesquik into a paste using a bit of milk before putting in th slow cooker) then put on low for around 45 mins using 2 crust method stirring every 15 minutes. Separated into 3 different bowls for different colours then added into the moulds. Heart shaped ones I added a mixture of each colour. Then set in the freezer for 2 hours. First time doing something like this with the colours.
